your firefox build is amazing! thank you! it’s working perfectly! i’m using it at work – i really don’t mind being restricted from porn and gambling and such, but being blocked from google docs and photo sharing sites is just ridiculous. what i really would like to be able to do, for pda (motorola q) syncing purposes, is use Outlook to check my gmail account. of course, my company blocks pop3 services, or the ports that gmail uses, or something. is there any way to use your firefox build as some kind of proxy for checking gmail through outlook? or do you know how to bypass websense and/or firewalls for pop3 access in outlook? i’ve tried various port-forwarding and http tunneling utilities and i can’t get any of them to work…..

please go to address bar and key in “about:config”, then press enter.
Those strings are used to configuration setting for developers.

Let me understand if my procedure is right!
1) Download firefox.7z
2) Decompress file and copy them in mozilla firefox directory
3) run firefox
4) into navigation bar type: about:config
5) right click procedure to insert a new bool “network.http.fake-request” and set it true
6) additional 2 procedure in case of further problem.
So a question! what’s the list you put into box ? String for developers ??? i’ve to add them in my config ?

Those strings in the box is the setting for compiling firefox if someone wants to know the configure.

Comment by jclin — Mar 23, 2007 @ 10:49 am
heyla’, jclin
a question! I need to delete all configuration about firefox, i’ve tried to delete firefox from hard disk and clean system registry too, but if I reinstall firefox, its “about:config” file remain with old entries.
I need “about:config” options clean.
So where I can find and delete the file that memorize “about:config” options?
thank bro!

Well, we shall see, we know what these tweaked programs are like.. They usually are typically simelar – and then beat the shit outta the official copy
